The 4th of July is right around the corner (just a little over a week away) so Pillow Pets (who I’ve reviewed before HERE) is getting in the patriotic spirit!
I don’t know if I’ve mentioned it here, but my dad was in the Air Force (USAF) for 20 years. He was actually in Korea when I was born and didn’t see me til I was a year old. So I have a lot of respect for the people serving in the military and any chance I get to honor those who currently serve and who have served in the past, I jump on it. Pillow Pets is doing something awesome to support our troops, they created a special limited edition Patriotic Pup Pillow Pet. The Patriotic Pup is a cute red pup, his bottom is blue with white stars, like the american flag. I think it’s just so adorable! Not only is the Patriotic Pup colored like the flag to support the troops, but $5 from every order will be donated to Scholarships for Military Children.
Check out MyPillowPetGives.com to order a Patriotic Pup Pillow Pet for $24.95! Get yours now, there are only 3,000 of these awesome patriotic pillows being sold at this price!
The Giveaway: One of my lucky readers will get their very own Patriotic Pup!!

I know the father of a friend who served in the military named Josh Seabold.
It may not always seem so great but no where else do people have as many rights as we have.

I am grateful for my freedom because I see what other countries without freedom go through and the strocities that occur.

I want to thank the troops, for helping the country. They are willing to do any job they are asked.

I am thankful for the freedom of speech. It is so easy to take it for granted. That we have the option to say how we feel. Today, there are countries, that when you say anything, you (and possibly your family members) can disappear, never to be heard from again. Freedom of speech is so important, I am so thankful for it.

It would be my uncle richard. He passed away several years ago from stomach cancer. He was in the vietnam war, and was one that was sprayed with agent orange.
