		<description>I&#039;d so want a non-stick surface, though I have some expensive pans that are supposedly non-stick, the green pans as they are called, and they still stick somewhat.  I agree with using a little oil and turning down the heat.  Things take longer to cook, but don&#039;t stick as much.</description>
