House Update

It has been ordered. We were told it could possibly be in by the end of this month! We were able to afford the upgraded kitchen which means I get a side by side fridge, a flat range stove, a dishwasher and a microwave! It’s called the “Dream Kitchen” package. We’re so excited, the land has been finalized and purchased by Clayton Homes, so no more need to worry about if the seller would get a better offer and just sell it to someone else (I knew they wouldn’t I personally know the seller) It’s just happening quick now! The house comes in, they do a quick setup on the sales lot, we go look through it and approve it, then they take it to our land and set it up for good!

I have found some more pictures, of an actual model here in Virginia (it’s about an hour or so drive from here, so I’m just snagging these pics off their website.

Our porch isn't going to be this big...but you get a feeling for what the front will look like.

I can’t wait to move in!!!! Central air and heat! Energy efficient appliances! Ahhhh…..Looks like move in will be possibly end of September!
