#GoingGreen – Bumkins Cloth Diaper (review/giveaway)

One of the things that has made me want to go green is the fact of saving money. For the past 7 years straight we have been buying disposable diapers…that’s 3 kids their entire diaper time in disposables and up until last week…Justin was included. Even though we may only be part time right now until our stash is up so I can keep him in them full time…it’s better and I love not having to worry about running out of diapers because I can just wash them! Bumkins was one of the first cloth diapers Justin ever wore and I love them!

We were sent an AIO (All In One) and a Stuff It, both in the Cat In The Hat print. I’ll be honest with you, the reason I never cloth diapered the other kids was in my head I was thinking cloth and safety pins with plastic cover…ugly…and just more hassle than I wanted to deal with. I’m happy there are actually a lot more choices out there than that old way…these diapers have snaps and everything pretty much together, the Stuff It you have to put an insert in…but that’s not a problem if you do that after laundering them. Plus, look how adorable they are!!! Justin looks precious in his fluff!

Sewn-In Absorbency
Inside fold-out panel features 2 layers of blended cotton and bamboo rayon, for absorbency, breathability and comfort. Fold-out panel is specially designed for fast drying. Opening also allows for more inserts to be added under the fold-out panel, so absorbency can be customized.

Combo Fabric Interior

I like both of the diapers, and they both come in a nice variety of prints, not only the 3 Dr. Seuss prints but others like flowers and butterflies and turtles, both boy and girl
