Being that my dad is retired from the Air Force (he was in for a full 20 years) I love supporting stores that value our military and veterans. Dollar General honors our military by offering many career opportunities for returning veterans! Dollar General is the winner of the 2011 Military Officers Association of America Distinguished Service Award and was recognized in GI Jobs magazine’s list of Most Military Friendly Employers.
You can now honor the military heroes in your life and your community because Dollar General is offering the opportunity to upload a video about your military hero to www.dollargeneral.com/everydayheroes. I wish I had more pictures of my dad to do a video for him, he is my hero. I am, by all means a “Daddy’s Girl” and no matter how old I get, that fact will never change!
The Giveaway: One of my readers will win a Dollar General prize pack including: a Swiffer® 360° Duster, a set of Pringles® red computer speakers, Old Spice® Champion Deodorant, Tide® sample packs and a Dollar General reusable shopping bag.
I received products for the purpose of reviewing at no cost to me. All opinions expressed are of my own and not influenced by anything or anyone.
