Levana Ayden Video Monitor

Next week I’ll be having our 5th baby. Which means I’ll have 4 kids running around and a newborn. Can be difficult to make sure baby is fine while I’m taking care of the big kids. I now won’t have to worry about that because I have the Levana Ayden Video Monitor.

The first thing I noticed about the Levana Ayden Video Monitor was that the screen has a rechargeable battery so it don’t need to stay plugged in and I won’t have to replace batteries. I can carry it around with me through the house and still be able to see and hear the baby. Jeff already has plans for it once I have Jamison, he knows I’ll be recovering from major surgery and will need help so he plans to have the screen with him and the camera pointed towards our bed and the bassinet beside it so he can see and hear me if I need him. The screen is 3.5″ big and the quality is awesome!

I really like that the Ayden Video Monitor has night vision, it’s “invisible LED night vision” which means there are no red LED lights that could disturb the baby. It works up to 15ft away too. The monitor also has a 2 way intercom so not only can you hear your baby, you can talk to your baby if you want/need to. Speaking of sound, it also has the option of 3 lullabies, you can start them from the video screen. The monitor also has a smart LED indicator ring that changes colors based on the noise level in the room with the camera. If it’s all quiet, it’s blue, if it’s super loud it’s red…and there are three colors in between…that way you know about the noise, even if your volume is low/off.

If your baby really does like a nightlight, the Ayden Video Monitor has that too. You can control that remotely as well. You can also expand the monitor to up to four cameras! Jeff already has plans to get more so we can put one in each of the kids’ rooms as well.
